International students:
In accordance with the COVID-19 prevention and control requirements, and the government’s work arrangements, all domestic and foreign students should register online on September 4. Foreign students are not allowed to return to school without notice from university. Domestic students can only enter school after being approved and apply for visas.
Here are some important points to inform you, please follow them.
Ⅰ.Registration Method
The 2021 freshman must submit student registration applications by September 4.
Ⅱ. Teaching Arrangement
The 2021 freshman will start online teaching from the second week of the school calendar (September 13). The specific teaching arrangements and requirements will be notified by the college.
Ⅲ.Payment Requirements
Self-funded students and partial scholarship students are required to pay tuition and accommodation fees for one academic year.
Students must log on to the designated payment platform to pay tuition and accommodation fees before October 20, 2021. Specific requirements and procedures will be notified at admission registration.
Ⅳ.Comprehensive health insurance requirements
All students are required to purchase comprehensive medical insurance in China. Those who do not take out the insurance within the prescribed time limit should drop out. Students can log on to www.lxbx.net and buy it by themselves, ¥800 per academic year. Specific requirements and payment process will be informed upon registration.
Ⅴ.Other Matters
(1) Visa Service
1.Currently, overseas international students are not allowed to enter China. They need to wait for the official announcement of China. They can also contact the Chinese embassy in their home country or wait for the notification from the university.
2.After completing online registration, new students in China need to pay relevant fees and insurance fees, and then they are allowed to apply for the extension of residence permit. According to the requirements of Taizhou Exit and Entry Administration department, students should go to the local police station to register for temporary accommodation of foreigners within 24 hours after moving in or updating their address. Specific requirements and procedures will be notified at check-in.
(2) Arrangements for Physical Examination
All new students are required to complete the physical examination at Taizhou Customs (No. 785 Yaocheng Avenue, Gaogang District). Specific requirements and arrangements will be notified at check-in.
